Spend 3 magical days escaping to the countryside of Somerset to relax and recharge on my Luxury Fitness and Wellness Retreat.
Filled with a range of fitness classes, restorative yoga style stretch sessions, wellness workshops, delicious nourishing food, plus lots of free time to use the stunning facilities that the venue has to offer.
The aim is to leave feeling relaxed and re-energised.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT:
- 2 night stay in a luxury venue in the peaceful Somerset countryside surrounded by lush green fields and hills

- All meals, snacks and drinks, catered by our incredible private chefs throughout the stay

- A range of daily classes and workshops including: Strength training, Box Fit, Dance Fit, Run Club, Water Aerobics, Energising yoga style stretches, Relaxing deep stretch and meditations, Pasta making workshop, Wellness workshops.

- Use of the sauna, heated outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs

- Goodie bags on arrival

At RKFitness Retreats my motto is that it’s all about balance, alongside celebrating food and what our bodies can do
From colourful protein filled brunches to nourishing hearty dinners, all with the aim of fuelling the body
Every dish is made from scratch by our in-house private chefs using locally sourced, seasonal, fresh ingredients. It really is a true celebration of food!

The total cost of this Luxury Retreat is £850 per person with just an intial £100 deposit to secure your space.

Pay in full or see below 2 payment plan options to choose from, payments are due on the 1st of the month for the selected months you choose to make your installments. Full payment needs to be made by September 1st 2025.

*Prices are based on a luxury twin sharing room with ensuite or private bathroom. Join with a friend or I can pair you with another guest (this Retreat is women only).
