To be able to participate in RKFitness Retreats you must be able to travel to our destinations independently (by car). Travel is not included, but parking will be available. Payments must be made in full by 1st September 2025. Failure to complete all payments by the due date will result in loss of entry to RKFitness Retreats, no refunds will be given.

I highly recommend holiday insurance for all clients. This must be bought independently as it is not included in the Retreat price. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

Deposit: Your deposit of £100 is non refundable

Cancelling 60 days before the Retreat: payments are non refundable, however if for any reason you need to cancel more than 60 days before the Retreat I will do my best to fill your slot. If I am able to fill your slot then you will be refunded what you have so far paid minus your deposit. 

Cancelling less than 60 days before the Retreat: Payments are non refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: If for any reason I needed to cancel or postpone the Retreat, your deposit payment of £100 alongside any other payments made up to that point will be applied to the rescheduled Retreat.
