WELCOME TO RKFITNESSLONDON WORKOUTS

RKFITNESSLONDON gives you exclusive access to a wide range of workouts to access any time, with new workouts being uploaded every week giving structure, consistency and progression to your training. As a member you will also have access to regular tips and advice, to help you reach your fitness goals and keep motivated! All of this and more will be accessed through a private Member's Facebook group RKFITNESSLONDON WORKOUTS.

During Lockdown I started running Live Workouts on my Instagram page @rkfitnesslondon, as well as running small online private group workouts. The feedback was AMAZING and this is what inspired me to take it to the next level to create this exclusive community for you guys to have access to a wide range of fitness classes directly to your home!

At the beginning of every month I post the RKFITNESSLONDON Workout Schedule, so that you know the dates and times for all the LIVE workouts for the month. This will help you to stay on track, keep you motivated and ensure that you never miss a workout! As each workout is accessible at any time for the whole month, this is a completely flexible programme that works around your life!

 

Classes available will include: LEGS BUMS AND TUMS, UPPER BODY, CORE WORKOUT, GROW THE GLUTES, STRETCH AND YOGA FLOW, FULL BODY HITT and more! This exclusive fitness programme will consist of a total of 5 workouts per week, including a LIVE Workout with me to boost your motivation even more and allow you to stay connected with me and the other members giving RKFITNESSLONDON WORKOUTS a true community vibe, you aren't on this fitness journey alone!
